Why We Use Whatsapp Groups
We use WhatsApp groups for our clients because it works. When something happens with your sale, you find out straight away. A viewing confirmed, an offer received, feedback from a buyer, a solicitor update. It lands on your phone the moment we know, not at the end of the day when someone finally gets round to sending an email.
It also means you can reach us the same way. A quick message at 7pm asking how things are progressing takes five seconds to send and five seconds to reply to. That kind of back and forth should not require a formal appointment or a wait until the next working day.
We know that people are busy. You might be at work when we call, or sorting the kids out, or doing anything else that real life involves. A message you can read and reply to in your own time, but that still gives you the information you need, is often more useful than a phone call that goes to voicemail.
The Phone Call Still Matters
There are times when a message is not enough. When an offer comes in, when there is a complication with a chain, when a buyer has raised something after their survey, those are conversations that need to happen properly. We pick up the phone.
We are not a team that hides behind emails or leaves calls to go to voicemail and hopes the problem sorts itself out. If something needs discussing, we call you. And if you call us, we answer. That is not a bold claim, it is just how we think this should work.
